Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated according to parcel weight.
• Charges may vary according to size, weight, destination, and courier.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 6–10 working days
• Delays can occur because of holidays, weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.
• Once handed to courier, delivery delays are the courier company's responsibility.

Courier Contact

• Customer must respond to courier calls/messages.
• If customer is unavailable or doesn't respond, parcel may be returned.
• Delivery charges remain non-refundable.

Incorrect Address / Contact Information

• Customer is responsible for providing correct address and phone number.
• Additional charges/delays caused by incorrect information are customer's responsibility.
